Olympia, WA area: Well-established multi-specialty ophthalmology practice that has been serving the South Puget Sound area as a regional referral center for over 30 years seeking an additional ophthalmologist to meet the current clinic and surgical volume needs. Anticipated volume for the new provider is 35-40 clinic patients/day and 300-500 cataracts first year. Interest in glaucoma is advantageous. Ideal candidate is a compassionate, ethical, team-oriented and productive individual with solid skills in both the clinic and OR settings, with an interest in becoming a partner of the practice. The practice includes 7 subspecialty-trained ophthalmologists with large clinic and surgical volumes and 4 full-time optometrists with excellent support staff and state-of-the-art equipment. Due to continued growth, many cases are currently being referred elsewhere. Majority of surgery is performed in an ASC. Competitive salary negotiable based on experience. Excellent benefits.
