Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing business processes, improving customer experiences, and driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 applications, including configuration, workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and custom code.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues within Dynamics 365 solutions.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Leverage React and TypeScript to enhance user interfaces and create seamless user experiences.
Utilize C# and .NET to extend Dynamics 365 functionality and create custom business logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

Dynamics 365/Power Platform:

o Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
o Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI.
o Ability to create custom entities, workflows, and business rules.
o Proficiency in React for building responsive and interactive web applications.
o Knowledge of TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development.
o Familiarity with HTML and CSS for front-end development.

C# and .NET:
o Solid understanding of C# programming language.
o Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core.
o Ability to write custom plugins and integrations for Dynamics 365.

Accessibility (A11Y):
o Awareness of accessibility best practices.
o Understanding of WCAG guidelines and how to create inclusive user interfaces.
o Commitment to ensuring that applications are accessible to all users.

Analytical Ability:
o Strong problem-solving skills.
o Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
o Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
