We are conducting a search for a Vice President & General Manager who will have full financial and operational responsibility for a landscaping company in the Seattle Washington area. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, results-oriented leader to join a growth-oriented brand.
Responsibilities
- Revenue growth
- P&L and balance sheet results
- Direct and oversee daily operations
- Talent management
Requirements - Ideal Candidate- 20 years of experience, with full P&L responsibility at or above $20M
- Experience in landscape services where marked growth and profit expansion was achieved
- Demonstrated track record of enhancing the operational and people capabilities of an organization
- Strong critical thinking abilities, including problem solving, decision making, and idea generation
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire others and lead by example
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Integrity and ethics beyond reproach
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus)
