Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our domestic Payroll Tax practice

Responsibilities:

• Assist client in reviewing tax errors and amendments on their ADP Tax and Smart Compliance platform.
• Work with states, IRS and local juristictions in prioritizing and resolving issues.
• Growth and acquisition knowledge of state and local justictions.
• Strong tax knowledge.
• Experience with GlobalView Payroll
• Experience with ADP Tax
• Share best practices around tax setups, procedures and processes, as well as tax impacts on general ledger.

Required Qualification(s):

• Must be familiar with ADP SmartCompliance and deep knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes.
• Must have experience working with relative agencies to resolve issues and errors on behalf of the client.
• Strong experience with setting up taxes and working with the state and local.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Must have an understanding of ADP GlobalView payroll platform

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Familiarity with other ADP products including GlobalView, eTime

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of July 8, 2024 with an initial duration through October 11, 2024 with the possibility of extending.
