Ultimate Staffing is recruiting a Technical Customer Support Specialist in the Redmond WA area. This is a Hybrid role with three days on site and 2 days work from home. This is an exciting opportunity in the Medical Devic industry, providing Technical Customer support to clients regarding the maintenance and troubleshooting of their medical devises. This starts off as a 6-month contract to potential permanent employment for the successful candidate.

Schedule: Monday Through Wednesday 7am - 4pm onsite - Thursday & Friday Remote

Pay Rate Range: $34 to $37 per hour

Responsibilities:

.

  • Provide Technical Customer support to clients and distributors.
  • Taking inbound phone calls to assist customers utilizing a ticketing system, escalating when needed.
  • Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide notifications of scheduled maintenance of medical devices.
  • Provide proactive training.
  • Providing monthly Status updates
  • Assist customers with data downloads.

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years Experience in Technical IT field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Field
  • Pre-employment Screening
