The experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for our cutting-edge medical devices.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Documenting and tracking customer inquiries and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and trainings for customers as needed.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical expertise and knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues to appropriate teams.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study preferred.
  • AED or LIFENET data experience required.
  • IT experience required.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Must have great troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • NO C2C CANDIDATES
