Responsibilities

Solid understanding of how specifically Service Portal pages are built in ServiceNow – not just generic HTML and CSS skills
Should understand the Service Portal Configuration tools – Page Editor, Widget Editor, Designer, Branding Editor
Should understand how to build client and server-side scripts in JavaScript code
Should understand how to modify themes exactly according to PSE's styling guide
Should understand how to create CSS overrides for pages and widgets to match PSE's style
Should understand how to clone and modify existing widgets – leverage what is there whenever possible
Work with the business to gather requirements that will help create workflows using ServiceNow
Should understand how to write mobile responsive angular HTML
Should understand how to manage images within the ServiceNow platform
Should have access to high fidelity images
Should have access to a mock-up tool to show the vision of what is planned prior to building it
Should review all-new configuration with the team and corp styling specialists
Must follow our process of moving changes from DEV to TEST to PROD
Must follow our naming standards to portal objects and code
