As a Senior Volunteer Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our volunteer community. Our Affiliates, who serve as the main contact and administrators for volunteers, rely on your expertise to enhance efficiency, training, education, and retention strategies. If you thrive as a “power user” in software platforms, enjoy analyzing data, and are passionate about supporting Affiliates, this position is tailor-made for you. Join us in mobilizing and retaining our dedicated volunteer base while executing meaningful volunteer appreciation activities. In this role, you will get to support Every Child PDX (EC PDX) and statewide Affiliates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Affiliates in planning and executing volunteer appreciation and training activities
Develop reporting processes to track community mobilization activities via volunteer engagement
Develop ECO volunteer management resource hub
Provide accurate and timely volunteer data for funder and volunteer requested reports
