This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

We are looking for an intern who is interested in supporting our sales program.  

Hybrid role available in the following locations: Seattle/Tacoma area, San Francisco Bay area, Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Internship will run from July and extended part time through December.

• Prospective Customer Research:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers within the target market.
  • Gather accurate and up-to-date information on key decision-makers, including names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Research and find articles that identify companies to target.
• Data Verification:
  • Validate and verify the accuracy of existing customer contact information in the CRM system and in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.  
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity by cross-referencing multiple sources.
  • Download reports from Saleforce and upload data into our other systems as needed  
  • Download reports from SalesLoft to cross reference accuracy in Salesforce
  • Download reports from Hubspot to provide key findings to the sales team on email metrics that could be useful for Salesloft and prospecting.
• Database Maintenance:
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the customer database with the latest information.
  • Audit and clean the database to eliminate duplicates and outdated information.
• Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Work closely with sales representatives to understand their specific needs and requirements for customer contact information.
  • Provide timely and organized reports to the sales team, highlighting key findings and potential leads.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document research methodologies, sources, and outcomes for future reference.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing the gathered information and share insights with the sales team.

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using online research tools, databases, and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with business and understanding of customer segmentation is a plus.
