Overview: Client is seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in PS (Project Systems), PPM (Portfolio and Project Management), and CPM (Commercial Project Management). The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of these modules and have successfully completed at least one end-to-end configuration. This role requires strong knowledge in various functionalities, master data, integration, and reporting within the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Configuration:
  • Implement and configure SAP PS, PPM, and CPM modules.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality across the modules.
• Master Data:
  • Manage and maintain cross-module master data with deep knowledge of its intricacies.
• Functional Knowledge:
  • Execute various sub-scenarios such as Assembly Processing, RRB, Progress Analysis, Results Analysis, Settlement, Overhead.
  • Manage functionalities in Portfolio Management, PPM resource management, automatic PS project creation, budget transfer to PS.
  • Handle CPM functionalities like bid project, Easy Cost Planning transfer to PS, financial planning, workspace, financial planning, Issue and Change Management.
• Reporting:
  • Develop and manage standard, customer-specific, and FIORI reports.
  • Utilize FIORI apps effectively for reporting and operational efficiency.
• ABAP Objects:
  • Understand and work with ABAP tools such as Exits, BAPI, BADI, Enhancement points, PI-PO, RFC, Workflows.
  • Maintain good knowledge of database tables and their purposes.
• Legacy System Interface:
  • Develop and manage interfaces with legacy systems, ensuring smooth data flow and integration.
• CATS:
  • Implement and manage CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) functionalities.
• Module Integration:
  • Ensure effective integration of PS, PPM, and CPM with other related SAP modules.
• Project Billing:
  • Handle various project billing methods such as T&M (Time and Material), Milestone, Lump-sum, and Periodic Billing.

Requirements:

• At least one end-to-end configuration experience in SAP PS, PPM, and CPM.
• Deep knowledge in cross-module master data management.
• Strong understanding of various functionalities and scenarios within PS, PPM, and CPM.
• Proficient in standard and custom reports, including FIORI reports and apps.
• Good knowledge of ABAP objects and their purposes.
• Experience in developing and managing interfaces with legacy systems.
• Knowledge and experience with CATS.
• Strong integration skills with other related SAP modules.
• Experience in various project billing methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
