- The Windows Consumer Category | Copilot + and Silicon & Gaming backfill role is responsible for ensuring the successful follow-through of the CSO for Copilot+ launch throughout 2024. They will also manage AI PC and Copilot+ execution with Intel, AMD, and QC, and drive key planning moments with Silicon partners to ensure ecosystem alignment. Additionally, this role leads PC Gaming for Windows CSO.

- Role Summary: This role plays a crucial role in building retail sales strategy for Windows globally, specifically focusing on Copilot+ launch, AI PC management, and Silicon partnerships. The role also leads PC Gaming for Windows CSO.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Represent the CSO in product marketing scorecards, communications, and reporting for Copilot+ PCs.
- Coordinate pitch decks and stay connected with regional Project B leads to address ongoing field requests.
- Ensure readiness of Intel and AMD co-marketing and field when experiences become available for LNL and Strix.
- Deliver internal and external clarity with Silicon partners on the path to Copilot + readiness with Intel and AMD.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Lead to expertly deliver devices roadmap and value proposition to regions for seasonal sell-in.
- Fully onboard QC to Windows Category planning ROB (Retail Operations Board).
- Conduct half-yearly and quarterly planning meetings for Intel, AMD, and QC.
- Provide updates to Project Steel for Intel and guide campaign plans and claims for all regions.
- Drive devices and co-marketing alignment with AMD.
- Align with QC on co-marketing and devices through a coordinated program.
- Lead the development of agreements for Intel & AMD co-marketing and vendor support.
- Coordinate efforts with DPS (Commercial, Azure) and Surface for a unified Microsoft story.
- Participate in cross-line of business (xLOB) discussions, including events, disclosures, and ROB.
- Lead the PC Gaming council (PC Gaming champs community) and foster collaboration.
- Coordinate efforts with Xbox and DPS, including retail pilots and Game Pass claim management results.
- Establish partnerships with studios and silicon partners to uncover additional opportunities.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in all MSFT suite tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with Powerpoint.
- Experience as a project manager with cross-team collaboration, self-management, and partner-facing skills.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer electronics space.
- Knowledge of Intel, web md, and any other similar companies.
