Responsibilities

• Greet all patients with a smile and make them feel welcomed into the office
• Present treatment plans after calculating patient co-payments and insurance benefits
• Educating patients about their treatment
• Checking patients in/ out and collecting information such as health history, insurance, etc.
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Manage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front and back-office staff to ensure
  workflow
• Answering the phone and help with patient inquiries
