Oracle Utilities Network Management System Consultant needed immediately

Mandatory skills:
NMS:

GIS Upload to NMS, Upload performance enhancement (database tuning, reducing batch window sizes, etc.)
Real-time Sync of NMS Network Model with an Advanced Distribution Management System using Multispeak protocol
Responsibilities:
1.Oracle Utilities Implementation, Maintenance, Support and Testing Projects for Oracle Utilities Clients in Network Management Systems (NMS), Distribution Management System (DMS) and Outage Management Systems (OMS)
2. System design specifications for Oracle NMS Solutions
3. Code and debug enhancements and modifications for Oracle NMS Implementation Projects
4. Customer data triage and cleanup assistance on ADMS projects
5. NMS system upgrade and expansions
6. Conducting workshops and requirements analysis for new customers
7. System installation, connectivity testing, initial data collection, validation and debugging
8. DMS application configuration and testing of the client specific implementation
9. Power flow convergence
10.Utility Electrical network modeling for OMS and DMS
11 .Extracting data from client GIS systems
12. NMS Integration's with Third party systems (IVR, AMR, SCADA, AVL, AMI and SGG)
