As the Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical accounting skills, leadership qualities, and a strategic mindset.

Overview of the Interim Controller role:

• Lead the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage accrual accounting processes to ensure all expenses and revenues are accurately recorded
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure financial systems are efficient and effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a talented finance team.

Preferred Qualifications for the Interim Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field a plus.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
