We are rapidly growing, changing, and improving every aspect of our business.

We have an immediate need for a Heavy equipment operator experienced in road construction, building infrastructure, excavation, land development, and utility installation.

We manage about 1,000 units across multiple properties, have five properties under construction (about 80 to 165 units each), and seven in the permitting process (150-300+ units each). We have an aggressive but achievable goal of 25,000 units by 2030 as the first installment in the larger vision. We want to make the model scalable to hundreds of thousands and then millions of units over time.
