The Grain Superintendent Trainee position offers a comprehensive training program and the opportunity to transition into a management role after 1-2 years. The length of the program will be tailored to the candidate's skill set. 

Under the guidance of one of their top Regional Managers, the Grain Superintendent Trainee candidate will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the business, including people management, grain handling, logistics, and equipment maintenance.

The ideal Grain Superintendent Trainee candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture and previous experience with grain handling, in addition to holding an agriculture degree would be highly preferred. Self-starters with a strong drive for success and the ability to work well in a team setting will excel in this role. The base salary for this position can reach up to $85K, depending on the candidate's experience. Furthermore, the company offers a comprehensive benefits plan, including a 401K match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and more.
