Job Description:

• 10-15 years of experience of leading medium to large projects.
• Retail Domain Experience
• 5-8 years' experience of managing digital transformation projects.
• Must demonstrate direct experience using Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) for managing projects.
• Self-driven. Must have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
• Must be innovative, extremely creative, and constantly providing ideas to optimize the process.
• Problem Solver.
