Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee electricians in the field
- Implement quality assurance programs and procedures in the field
- Handle electrical customer complaints involving in the field work and technical work
- Double check clock in/out times
- Review and approve time cards
- Handle electrician disciplinary action when necessary
- Work with office staff to handle any electrical corrections
