Job Summary:

Marketplace Health Specialist II's are responsible for supporting Netrush's mid- and top-tier-level brands. They are responsible for supporting brands Catalog, Customer Service and Account Health needs on marketplaces including; Amazon, Walmart and Target. Account Health responsibilities now expand beyond product level issues and include account level issues including monitoring Account Health metrics such as late shipment rate, valid tracking rates, and others. They also are capable of monitoring multiple email inboxes to monitor for alerts and issues that do not come through internal requests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance monitoring and support for tier 1 and 2 brands

• Duplicate monitoring and removal

• Assistance with Amazon.com external marketplaces, such as EU and Walmart

• Responsible for updating and assigning services at the product level in Platform

• Knowledge and ability to escalate cases through SAS Self Serve tools

• Account Health Dashboard monitoring for assigned brands

• Collection and storage of compliance documentation for assigned brands

• Monitoring of CS inbox, shop@netrush inbox and Google voice line

• Ability to effectively train on known tasks and functions

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous Account Health experience

• One year experience with Amazon Seller Central

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite

• Previous project management tool experience a plus

• Previous Zendesk experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• The pay range for the position is $20.67-$22.59 per hour, depending on location and experience
