This role involves cross-selling commercial and personal lines of business, managing commercial lines accounts, policy reviews, negotiations with carriers, and providing exceptional customer service and claims support. The company provides fully employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits to its employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Cross-sell commercial and personal lines of business
• Write and manage commercial lines accounts
• Conduct policy reviews and policy changes with clients
• Re-market accounts and negotiate with carriers
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates
• Assist with customer service, claims, and bind coverages

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with independent agency experience
• Open to captive agents, but must be willing to undergo training
• Candidates within an hour of Wenatchee preferred
• Ability to report to the office or client promptly when required
