Responsibilities:
- Pick up daily requisitions, ensure that all items are properly recorded and put all items away in the designated areas
- Cut fruit and stock all condiments as needed
- Maintain organization of outlet wine store- room and keg room
- Complete all assigned cleaning duties, keep all storage areas cleaned and organized
- Ensure all stations at Fifty 6 degree’s are completely clean and set-up before opening and at the end of each shift
- Assist bartenders with basic drink needs (includes pouring beer and wine, but not preparation of mixed or blended alcoholic drinks)
- Assist servers in cleaning/bussing tables during cocktail hours
- Supply ice as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications:
- Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior Food & Beverage experience in a lounge or bar setting preferred
- Current WA State Food Handlers Permit
- Current WA State Liquor License
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently to interact with guests
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
