The pay range for this position is $4,000 - $15,000 monthly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Greet and assist customers.
• Help customers choose vehicles by asking questions and listening.
• Offer test drives and explain vehicle features, options, performance, and benefits.
• Follow dealership sales procedures and control systems.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals set by the dealership.
• Complete and process sales orders and paperwork accurately.
• Stay updated on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits.
• Understand and explain vehicle depreciation, equity, and values.
• Attend required training and sales meetings.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and schedule first service appointments.
• Follow up on post-delivery items and maintain an owner follow-up system for repeat and referral business.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain a professional appearance and review personal performance regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Motivation for sales.
• Must possess an acceptable driving record.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
