Proven experience in drafting Estate Plans and Trusts
Proficiency in document preparation with meticulous attention to detail
Familiarity with Estate and Elder law in Oregon
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estate Planning and Taxable Trusts
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain organizational skills
Oregon State Bar License required; additional licenses in Idaho or Washington a plus
