About the Position

The Associate Dean for Student Life serves as an advocate for an accessible, welcoming, and inclusive community for all students and helps lead efforts to provide a campus climate that advances student success, personal development, and collaborative student learning experiences.

The Associate Dean for Student Life helps to resolve student conflicts and recommend student life policies and conducts assessments and evaluations.
This position reports directly to the Vice President for Student Services. In a key leadership and management role, the Associate Dean for Student Life will employ practices that develop a strong sense of teamwork, equity, and investment in Highline College’s mission across all functional areas, while maintaining a culture of sustainable excellence, mentoring, and support for its staff.

This position is an exempt, at-will, full-time position.
