Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator position include:

• 3+ years of proven asphalt paving experience operating intelligent/smart side of paving equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborating with project managers and crew members.
• Responsible for operating paving equipment such as pavers, skid steers, and/or rollers.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus potential up to $30,000!
