Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring proper approval and coding
• Manage the AP inbox, addressing vendor inquiries
• Assist with the monthly close process
• Monthly bank account reconciliation
• Maintain vendor files and documentation
• Understand expense accounts, cost centers, and intercompany transactions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AP experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
