Oracle ERP R12 techno functional consultant with 10+ years of experience.
Should have hands on Oracle Order management, Inventory, purchasing.
Knowledge on finance
OIC will be a plus
Hands on with front end oracle application
- At least 9+ years of Support experience in implementing Oracle EBS Applications including R12.
- Candidate with Strong O2C experience providing operations and maintenance support for Oracle EBS Modules –OM, INV and PO
- And any of below mentioned modules-
- Good to have WIP and BOM experience.
- Good to have AP and AR experience.
- Good to have work experience on Service module, Depot repair and Install base.
- Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Develop associated EBS documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.
- Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams is a must.
Job Description:
Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant is expected to be knowledgeable in end-to-end process flow of Oracle EBS SCM Order to Cash Applications to resolve Incidents/Service requests and problems.
To provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers. Coordinate with Customer and Internal teams
Responsibilities:
- Support ITIL activities, work on Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Root Cause Analysis / Problems
- Responsible for Operations support for SCM modules, including Month-End Close, Year-End Close activities.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues involving SQL, PL/SQL, data fixes and provide solutions through configurations, setup changes.
- Responsible to develop ad-hoc SQL queries and reports, analyse complex data sets in response to Customer needs.
- Additionally Understand technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and test the proposed solution.
- Occasionally may have to Provide support for Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing during Release cycles.
- Prepare training manuals/SOPs for end users.
- Work on End-to-End process improvement for business.
- Handle all the Minor/Major Enhancements raised by users.
- Interact with client on a daily and weekly basis and submits status report.
- Coordinate with Offshore team of functional and technical consultants.
- Fix the Functional and Technical Issues on the Daily basis for the Incidents raised.
- Analyse the business process and raise a change request to Improve the business processes.
