We have a terrific opportunity for a Senior Technical Program Manager for Client Engineering Program Delivery with a passion for delivering high quality products in a complex, fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and highly comfortable facilitating cross-functional pre-development activities and the delivery of product requirements to our client application teams. What you'll do:
The Senior Technical Program Manager will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Design teams to deliver world-class experience for SiriusXM, Pandora, and Stitcher. They will have a key role in guiding solutioning and requirements gathering. They will own the facilitation of cross-functional pre-development activities for the Client Engineering teams including technical solutioning, Feature Reviews, cross-team syncs. They will work with other Product and Program Managers to communicate the status of work intake for all programs and initiatives, and drive process improvements.
Define, implement and establish best practices that are uniquely aligned to requirements intake for Client Engineering teams
Collaborate and closely communicate with product, design, engineering, quality engineering, and other interdepartmental resources to successfully drive product requirements through the intake process with the highest level of quality
Manage clear communication of progress/status with stakeholders
Adapt to changing conditions and modify project execution plan as appropriate while overseeing the work intake for multiple programs within your domain
Proactively highlight and resolve risks and issues and clearly communicate those risks to stakeholders
Identify blockers and facilitate the removal of those blockers
Understand and communicate project status from solutioning, and Feature Review meetings
Define and execute a high caliber plan for complex projects and programs
Establish and maintain Client Engineering program/project plans
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or similar field, or equivalent experience, in lieu of degree
At least 5 to 7 years of experience managing technical projects or complex programs
Experience and proven track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Design and Engineering, to deliver software at scale to millions of active users
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment while successfully leading multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of software development and design processes, lifecycle methodology, release management, system verification and testing
Must have legal right to work in the U.S
