Job Summary:*

- Lead and manage a global team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and preferences, ensuring tailored solutions.
- Drive process improvements, leveraging best practices and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of marketing services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
*Requirements:*
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading global teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Certification in marketing or a related field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
