Job Description- Litigation Paralegal
Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a litigation paralegal who has seen a case from start to finish; including collaborating on strategy, independently moving cases forward through discovery and investigation, participating in regular team meetings, opportunity to go to trial, and working with brilliant lawyers on interesting cases. This is full time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal and preforming cases and fact manager functions primarily in the casualty practice area.
· Document review, and organization, assessing evidence, document database management, witness interviews and investigation.
· Analyzing and summarizing medical records, preparing subpoenas, and discovery request and responses, conducting background and fact investigations, preparing for trial, and assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials, (OR & WA).
· High level of organization skills, attention to detail, follow through, and strong oral and written communication skills.
· Excellent client service orientation, sound judgement, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain focused in the midst of dueling priorities are also essential to the position.
· Experience with litigation support programs such as Relativity, Westlaw, Case notebook, Eclipse, Sanction, Trial and CourtTrax.
