Portfolio Manager, Global Supply Chain Technology Transformation, lululemon USA Inc., Seattle, WA. Manage communication & provide program management of lululemon labor strategy initiatives. Lead initiative roadmapping for multi-year strategic planning of enterprise transformation initiatives. Manage communication & oversee processes related to transformative efforts to mature agile practices in collaboration with portfolio leaders. Document and maintain portfolio artifacts and templates, encouraging the development and use of a knowledge library. Collaborate with portfolio leaders to establish & implement the processes & governance needed to achieve and sustain operational excellence in portfolio management. Partner with Enterprise Portfolio Management team contribute & deliver portfolio activities & optimizations. Own transformation backlogs, analyze information to make informed recommendations and lead value driven improvements to enable teams. Support peers with actions around portfolio & operations transformation including delivery frameworks and tools, process improvement. Lead employee development and community of practice involvement for key roles in the organization. Ensure team members have the tools, resources, and information they need to perform their jobs and remove barriers.
40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus 8 years of experience working in Information Technology program/portfolio management (5 of which must be post-baccalaureate Progressive experience).
Of the required experience must have 5 years of experience in each of the following (which may be gained concurrently):
- Building agile practices
- Building JQL reporting and implementing agile practices across a dispersed workforce of 200+ team members
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience supporting the implementation of the Service Now Portfolio Management (SPM) module in a large, matrixed organization.
Of the required experience must have 3 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):
- Global supply chain technology
- Driving strategic global labor strategy transformative efforts for a retail enterprise
- Portfolio transformation management
Must have Agile Certification, including either SAFe POPM or PSM I.
Domestic and travel to Canada up to 25% of the time is required.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.

The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $174,250.00 - $194,250.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
