We are looking for a positive, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our large and growing team at PitchBook. This role supports the VP of Data Operations and other Data Operations leaders within a global operation that spans many time zones and several countries. The role will cover a variety of administrative, coordination, and culture-building duties and simultaneously manage departmental and cross-functional rhythms of business. The role will also provide support for key org-wide presentations and initiatives, while working closely with other administrative assistants and our internal communications team. Primary Job Responsibilities:
Lead administrative support for team processes and programs, such as managing scheduling, coordinating inputs to documents and presentations, communications, and other projects
Provide administrative support for PitchBook's VP of Data Operations, including calendar management, expense reports, and travel reservations
Drive culture-building activities for the Data Operations department, including the planning of team events and other culture-building activities
Support cross-functional and org-wide initiatives and presentations while working closely with other administrative assistants and our internal communications team
Coordinate inputs from various team members to prepare presentations and documentation for rhythm of business deliverables such as weekly updates, monthly business reviews, team meetings, and other projects
Provide thorough note-taking in team meetings with a summary of follow-up action items, distributing those notes to appropriate stakeholders
Assist with preparing and reviewing documents including those with sensitive and confidential information
Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience supporting a senior manager/executive in an administrative role
Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves and make a positive impact
Comfortable with ambiguity
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and presentations, proficient with Powerpoint
Positive attitude and proactive mindset, willingness to help out in all situations
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Compensation
Annual base salary: $70,000-$80,000
Target annual bonus percentage: 5%
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.
Working Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
