Job Title: Power Platform Lead Developer
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up Centers of Excellence (COE) and implementing the Power Platform factory model. This role requires a deep understanding of creating architecture patterns, ensuring best practices, and leading a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Establish and manage a Center of Excellence (COE) for the Power Platform, promoting best practices, governance, and standardization.
- Implement and manage the Power Platform factory model, streamlining the development process and ensuring efficient delivery of solutions.
- Develop and enforce architecture patterns, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on the Power Platform.
- Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing technical direction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors and APIs for the Power Platform.
- Utilize DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) in Power Platform projects.
- Stay current with the latest updates and features of the Power Platform and Azure, and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with Azure services including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in building custom connectors and APIs for the Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices in Power Platform and Azure.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
