Job description
Are you tired of working at a large company where you’re “just another cog in the machine”?
Tri-Tec Manufacturing is a small company that has been in business for over 50 years. When you work for Tri-Tec, you join a company where the boss actually knows your name rather than becoming one in a sea of faces. And one of our top values is providing a safe, stable work environment for the good of our team and our community. We do that by prioritizing consistent growth thanks to a high-quality work environment with state-of-the-art equipment where safety is first.
Tri-Tec is a leader in engineering, designing and manufacturing products for use in some of the world’s most demanding environments, helping to keep our customers and our Navy #1 in the world.
We support our team by covering 100% of benefits for the employee and 50% for their dependents, effective on the date of hire. This includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. We have a generous Paid Time Off plan plus 12 paid holidays. And, after being with Tri-Tec for 30 days, team members can participate in our 401(k)-matching program; Tri-Tec matches dollar-for-dollar up to 3% of gross income, and .5% for between 3% to 5%.
Tri-Tec also provides ample opportunities for career development and mentorship, and a tuition reimbursement program. All of this while fostering an ethical and respectful work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.
