Job Description - Assistant Program Manager, Food & Beverage
As the Assistant Program Manager, you are responsible for overseeing overall operations for a corporate dining account at the mid-size regional level. You will be responsible for managing client relations including monthly report outs on service delivery and finance. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and implement scalable processes and procedures to support the client's food & beverage program
Support program strategy, scope, goals and deliverables that drive client's objectives in collaboration with senior executives, team members, and field operations
Document and analyze information and processes to solve critical business issues
Lead daily/weekly food operations call for your region
Build internal and external business relationships vital to the success of operations
Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, clients, and customers to ensure successful execution of daily operations
Conduct site visits with IFM partners, vendors and clients
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with AMER region for assigned territory
Ensure "inspection ready" state at all times
Manage vendor performance ensuring contracts are in place and service delivery meets expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Five to seven years of foodservice operation experience
Food service project oversite experience a plus
Ability to multi-task in a high energy environment
Experience overseeing a region
