Job Description:
As a Senior Business Process Analyst, your key role will involve analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing diverse business processes within ECAR. Your primary focus will be on mapping the current state processes from our existing tool to the newly developed one. Additionally, you will be responsible for meticulously documenting training materials to establish standardized operating procedures and training modules for the organization. Working closely with various teams and departments, you will actively contribute to achieving the organization's overall objectives for the programs.
Process Analysis: Analyze and map existing business processes across different departments, understanding their inputs, outputs, and dependencies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Data Collection: Gather relevant data and performance metrics related to the processes being analyzed, utilizing various tools, software, and methodologies to collect and analyze data effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather insights, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's overall processes.
Process Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps, and training modules.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or related experience.

The Compensation range for this role is 60,440.40 - 120,880.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
