The salary for this role will be between $18 and $19 The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicants skills and prior relevant experience.
SUMMARY
Promote Riverview Bank in a positive manner through friendly and efficient service. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide prompt, courteous and friendly service to satisfy internal and external customer needs.
- Operate or assist in processing incoming/outgoing wires including customer contact
- GL Balancing/Monthly Reconciliations
- Workflow maintenance review
- Abandoned-Unclaimed Property customer contact
- Debit Card limit increases
- Card Services: Order or assist in ordering and maintenance of both ATM Cash Cards and Debit Cards
- Knowledge of Reg D regulation, customer contact, processing and procedures
- Knowledge of Return Mail procedures, customer contact and submitting maintenance.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research archives to provide account information as needed
- Perform various computer data entry and inquiry tasks
- Independently completes tasks assigned
- Provide support and backup for other Operations staff
- Provide general administrative and word processing assistance on special project work
- Participates in and completes training objectives with passing scores
- Follow all Riverview policies and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS
- Daily contact with Supervisor to receive direction and discuss department issues.
- Daily contact with Operations Department staff.
- Frequent contact with other departments/branches to provide assistance and operations support.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in a professional manner.
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
- The basic skills associated with the general use of computers and other business office equipment. Must have ability to utilize MS Office software to compose basic word processing documents.
- The ability to offer flexibility in a changing work environment is imperative.
