Job DescriptionWhat this job involves: In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a highly successful Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) team for a large global client. You will work closely with S&P leadership, Account leadership, and clients to effectively manage expectations and deliverables. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the team, recruiting top talent, and fostering their professional growth. You will provide strong leadership in a collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustainable benefits for the client and JLL. This will involve implementing global S&P programs, monitoring progress, ensuring operational excellence, and meeting account-level performance indicators and goals. Additionally, you will oversee compliance and controls, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Your proactive approach to managing internal and external expectations, understanding business needs, and priorities will be crucial to success.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Achieves Financial and Compliance Results
Oversight of annual global sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
Own global sourcing compliance and controls. Identify and share opportunities for improvement with appropriate functional leaders.
Ensure all sourcing technology tools are leveraged across account.
Partner teams closely with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and follow up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier's performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.
Develop and Lead High Performing Teams
Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top S&P talent.
Support the career development of key roles through mentoring and visible leadership.
Create high-performing, integrated sourcing team that is committed to delivering sustainable global operational excellence.
Manage and coach teams on their performance, progress and developmental goals including analysing strengths, and areas of opportunity for growth into actionable career development plans.
Actively participate in talent Supply/Demand by networking, mentoring, and sharing internal and external candidates
As an S&P leader, foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture within and outside of direct reports.
Establishes and Nurtures Strong Relationships
Ensure the vision and strategy of the client sourcing plan is implemented and aligned with necessary objectives.
Lead and participate in client meetings /strategy sessions
Establish and maintain relationships within client relationship including but not limited to Account Director, FM Lead, Operations Lead and Finance Director.
Provide strategic vision for all S&P aspects of business including best practices and innovation.
Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance across the account.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
Continually manage/assess suppliers through the established supplier performance management program.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Bachelor's Degree - Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
MBA, a plus
CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
E-procurement experience.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%).
Ability to work on-site at client locations.
