About being our Regional Marketing Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in the Pacific Northwest! In this role, the Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for work involving pursuits management, business development, and communications. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional networking abilities, representing the company with warmth and approachability, and participating in industry association events.Working closely with our Business Development Manager and Corporate Communications Manager, as well as supporting our service disciplines which include civil engineering, construction services, survey, environmental, landscape architecture and urban design, the Regional Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in our team.Work with the business development team to develop strategies and participate in industry association events including but not limited to conferences and other sponsorship activities.
Responsibility Highlights for our Regional Marketing Manager
- Lead strategic decision-making in the go/no-go process and offer direction to the marketing team throughout proposal development and interviews.
- Collaborate with internal managers, team members, and external stakeholders to develop winning strategies for all pursuit phases, including proposals, interviews, and debriefs.
- Ensure proactive and timely pursuit management, motivating project managers and team members to meet deadlines.
- Work alongside the Business Development team in long-term and large-scale pursuits, client service reviews, marketing campaigns, and active participation in industry conferences.
- Maintains PNW pursuits and leads QA/QC for proposals and interview presentation materials, including conformance with requirements, spelling, grammar, brand standards, and strategic approach.
- Oversees the process for reporting client development results, including client and project pursuits, RFPs, proposals, key wins and losses, and performs Client Service Reviews with Psomas clients to measure client satisfaction.
- Indirectly manage and provide mentorship to other members of the Pacific Northwest Psomas marketing team.
Minimum Qualifications to be our Regional Marketing Manager
- BA Degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- 10 years' experience in Marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with a Civil Engineering firm or in the A/E/C industry
Preferred Qualifications for our Regional Marketing Manager
- Located near Tacoma or Seattle
- Graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Unanet CRM

- A competitive salary! The genuinely expected range for this position is $105,000 - $135,000/ salary depending on experience. Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates
