The Opportunity
The B2B Marketing Team is looking for a Senior ABM & Event Marketing Manager to join our team and take our ABM & Event strategy to the next level. The role is to develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy, using digital marketing techniques to promote events and drive attendance across identified target account lists. In addition, you will work closely with 3rd party media partners and internal team members to develop a strategy to grow our contacts and active user base, ultimately resulting in pipeline and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
What You'll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences and develop effective event marketing campaigns
Develop and deploy multi-channel Event & ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning with internal teams, and project managing execution
Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure fully integrated approach to your campaigns with select key accounts
Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of campaigns and tactics to provide ongoing reporting to stakeholders
Lead relationships with media vendors and develop strong working relationships with key internal partners across the business unit.
Communicate strategies to cross-functional teams (content strategy, demand marketing, MOPs, etc.) and lead teams to deliver functional plans that are tightly aligned to the global campaign strategy, key messages, and key performance indicators.
Ensure execution and optimization of marketing plans and investments. Take accountability for budget and associated business impact by optimizing return on investment and ensuring key relevant metrics (pipeline building and marketing contribution, etc.) are met against defined targets.
Requirements
10+ years B2B marketing experience, Tech or SaaS experience required
Background in leading programs through third-party associations to support contact acquisitions and engagement efforts.
Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data to advise decisions.
Consistent track record to lead and collaborate in a multifaceted, matrixed environment.
Ability to work efficiently within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment
Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and an outstanding eye for detail
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,200 -- $245,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
