This non-exempt internship pays an hourly rate of $25.00 and is full-time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday. Interns are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm, M-F) Typically interns are required to work onsite from our Seattle office every Tuesday, with the flexibility for remote work other days depending on department needs.

- Turning manual data analysis and reporting into flexible and automated insights and performance monitoring.
- Learn how to use Google Analytics 4
- Build automated reports and visualization through Tableau.
- Conducting gap analysis, funnel analysis, and metric analysis on the Marketing team’s reporting needs.
- Experience applying digital Marketing platforms and technology in a corporate setting.

- Interpreting data, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our clients' digital marketing campaigns.
- Own a gap analysis on our current capabilities within GA 4 (tagging at the page/call to action level)
- Build automated reports and visualizations that could be distributed across the team through e-mail or dashboards built in GA 4 and Tableau
- Conduct metric analysis to confirm we’re tracking the right things as well as establishing baselines for key performance indicators.
- Conduct funnel analysis and reporting build out through MySmile registration, Insurance Menu’s, Interactive Plan Finder, etc..
What skills do you need to have going into the internship to succeed:
- Currently working towards an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or other equivalent analytical degree
- Some experience using data analysis tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, environment.
