Background
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Gemini, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement. You are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and influencers in the sign industry while implementing sales strategies, including identifying and delivering on growth opportunities, to win new business. Highly collaborative, this role partners closely with Territory Development Managers, Marketing, Customer Experience Operations, and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
In this dynamic position, you will be an expert in Gemini's products and customers, trends, and competition with the ability to manage multiple tasks dedicated to various facets of customer interaction. Success is based on your ability to leverage resources to put Gemini in a position to win.

Sales Support & Development (100%)
Identify and qualify potential leads utilizing various channels (outbound calling, email campaigns, social media)
Proactive outreach to new and/or existing customers to introduce, educate, and cross-sell products and services
Prepare and present quotes and project proposals based on customer needs and specifications
Increase sales by proactively providing expert knowledge of products and offering solutions, asking for the sale, overcoming objections, negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction
Follow up on leads, projects and customer inquiries ensuring timely and effective communication
Prepare and deliver compelling product and service presentations tailored to the needs of the individual customer
Showcase the features and benefits of our products/services to highlight their value proposition
Provide training and onboarding of new and existing partners
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and addressing concerns
Partner with Marketing to follow up on leads and engage prospects
Partner with Territory Development Managers to proactively target customer accounts
Leverage available technology to become more effective and efficient
Builds and maintains technical product expertise to facilitate customer training and respond to requests with credibility
Attend trade shows, visit production sites, and identified account locations

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college and a minimum of two years of experience in sales, customer service, or equivalent OR a two-year Associates degree with a minimum of four years of experience in sales, customer service, or equivalent
Previous experience in sales considered an asset
Proficient in MS Office
Familiar with CRM tools
