Front Desk/Administrative Coordinator
Join an established Professional Services boutique Staffing Firm in downtown Portland. In this role, you will Greet & welcome visitors to the office in a warm, professional manner and guides visitors through the application and onboarding process. We are seeking someone who can bring their upbeat attitude, ideas, and intuition to the table. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review applicants through staffing software to refer to recruiters.
- Answer, address, and redirect inbound calls and emails, coordinate Zoom interview schedules and Client appointments, and perform detailed data entry pertaining to applicants, customers, and recruiters.
- Organize files, documents, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist in applicant reference checking/ form completion.
- Schedule, record, update, and archive applicant and employee files.
- Post/Publish Social Media updates, articles, and job postings. (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more).
Requirements:
- Minimum High school Degree
- High degree and interest in the business world and staffing/Human Resources field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a front Desk/Receptionist/Administrator role.
- Understanding of employment laws and employee onboarding.
- Curiosity in understanding business trends and how a Staffing Firm helps both Applicants looking for a new career journey and Company trends.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid Computer CRM/Database, MS-Office, Google Suite.
- Experience with Social Media management.
- Ability and interest in learning new proprietary software systems
