Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Program Support Specialist 2 position will provide coordination and control support for organizational programs through analysis, data entry, tracking and monitoring, and coordinate and assist managers and other assigned personnel by creating documentation and operating procedures. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA.
Pay rate: $30.46 - $39.41

Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of group SharePoint administration and maintenance, including:
Plan, schedule, communicate, and assist with business system maintenance for the Vegetation Management Program site. Validate program SharePoint sites are fully utilized for document tracking and team collaboration, and all documentation is logged appropriately. Recommend and develop SharePoint solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Serve as point-of-contact to troubleshoot SharePoint user and server issues, lists, links, sites, and permissions as per established criteria and guidelines.
Facilitate communication and training efforts on business changes, specifically, regarding the use of SharePoint. Assist group Project Managers (PMs) and the TFBV manager by producing and managing documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics, as requested for presentations, meetings, site publications, etc. Collaborate with technical and analytical teams to assist in data migration, process workflows, and creative solutions for operational issues. Conduct data analysis and document findings for program, project, and 3rd party contractor team member(s) including cost/price analysis, timeline adherence, and compliance with contract specifications as requested. Draft correspondence to program manager, project leaders, technical team members, contractors, etc. including requests for information, transmittal letters, and other informative emails. Draft process improvements and data analysis initiatives for review and approval of the TFBV manager. Facilitate efforts for approved process improvement(s) and initial policy development efforts. Prepare and present materials on findings to TFBV manager for review and further dissemination. Draft various communications for internal and external audiences at various levels as requested; coordinate reviews and approvals and disseminate approved communications. Analyze, collect, organize, and validate data and modeling results from contractor and Natural Resource Specialist (NRS) work results. Prepare and present materials on findings to the TFBV manager. Provide support to Program and PMs for tracking, research, and schedule of projects. Analyze project data for completeness and accuracy utilizing SharePoint and Asset Suite. Serve as point of contact (POC) on information quality; raise awareness and share knowledge on information quality fundamentals and best practices for data management. Mark documents and maintain filing system(s), files, emails, and records in accordance with compliance requirements. Share and disperse documents only to appropriate personnel (those with a Lawful Government Purpose (LGP) to know). Mark and maintain all official records in accordance with the Information Security (INFOSEC) and Information Governance & Lifecycle Management (IGLM) standards and procedures. Validate official records are accurately maintained for auditing purposes. As requested, draft Statements of Work (SOWs) with the assistance of subject matter experts, TFBV PMs, org Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the TFBV manager. Prepare and manage document flow tools for the organization manager and Vegetation Management and Forestry program manager. Provide support and assistance in researching and resolving various issues concerning electronic file management implementation across TFBV organization; draft and recommend potential solutions.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in technical management, information systems management, computer science, engineering, business management (or closely related technical field) is required. 9 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree. Experience should be consistent with specific requirements of program/project support and progressively more technical in nature. Experience planning/scheduling and coordinating work and activities. Advanced knowledge of MS SharePoint sufficient to develop a variety of SharePoint sites, be a site owner and power user; and use Excel to develop SharePoint dashboards. 5 years of advanced experience with VISIO and Access. 9 years of experience applying diversified knowledge of principles and practices in assigned technical areas. Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems. 9 years of experience performing data analysis, developing associated reports and presentation materials, modeling business process requirements, and preparing correspondence and proposals in relation to deliverables. Possess broad knowledge of automated data systems, program/project policies and procedures, and all phases of program/project execution from project inception to close-out. Experience maintaining customer communications for ongoing work, responding to customer requests, and identifying partner and customer needs. Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
