Ro Health is looking to hire a part-time RN Clinical Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to work with a variety of ages with complex medical concerns:

Clinical Supervisor (RN) Position Details:

• Location: Greater Tacoma Area
• Specialty: Private Duty Nursing (Home Health)
• Position Available: Part-time
• Shift: Flexible around recertifications
• Schedule: Flexible around recertifications

Skills and Responsibilities:

The PDN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of services. The Clinical Supervisor’s oversight must include the following:

• Attend Team meetings, as schedule allows
• Attend monthly PDN Clinical Supervisor meetings
• Communicate questions/concerns to Leadership/Management
• Coordinate Client Care
• Start of care visit/assessment (meet patient/family, collect documents, etc)
• Recertification visits every 60 days
• Build and maintain client chart and care plan in EMR
• Additional visits/assessments after hospitalizations greater than 24 hours
• Request signature on 485s, orders/medication requests
• Communicate with family/guardians during cert period regarding changes to care/new orders/appointment follow ups, as needed
• Maintain monthly compliance with client's records at a score of 98% or higher
• Manage Personnel:
• Initial and annual skills verifications
• Initial and annual infection control observations & evaluation
• Initial and annual Statstaff updates
• Per cert period: ‘Supervisory Visit Report’ form
• Per week/month: ‘Clinical Documentation Review’ forms
• PRN: Clinical support to LPN and RN field nurses
• Other duties as needed or required

Minimum Qualifications for Clinical Supervisor (RN):

Required:

• Washington State Nursing License
• 2 years RN experience
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Current Negative TB Result

Preferred:

• A minimum of 2 years of home care experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Pediatric Experience
