Responsibilities:Responsibilities:- Prepare Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and payment reconciliations for a variety of providers and programs.- Collect data from clients in an efficient manner to minimize client effort.- Initiate the rate-setting process for Critical Access Hospitals, FQHCs, and RHCs and over time help clients obtain final rates.- Help represent clients during audits, provide auditors with documentation and respond to their questions.- Develop good working relationships with clients to maintain and provide ongoing service to them every year.- Collaborate with fellow associates to explain the results of our work to the clients, impacts of audit adjustments, and advise them on how to respond.- Plan and manage multiple projects with the same deadlines during busy seasons.- Minimal overnight travel, around 10 - 15%. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications:- 1-3 year’s healthcare accounting or financial consulting experience.- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.- Global knowledge in healthcare operations, law, regulations, and accreditation requirements preferred.- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and coordinate, as well as the ability to accomplish multiple priorities.  Cheyenne Lee, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated pay range for this position is: $50,000 to $75,000.
