Find new and diverse talent

Sponsors are people, firms, associations, committees or organizations that operate certified apprenticeship programs in Washington. They must register with Washington State Department of Labor & Industries through the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council.

Sponsors can post apprenticeship openings free on WorkSourceWA.com, and, sponsors post openings for employers participating in their programs and announce when they are accepting applicants. WorkSourceWA.com also lets sponsors assign web access to training agents to recruit apprenticeship candidates.

Follow these instructions to create an account, post apprenticeship openings and start accepting applications on WorkSourceWA.com.

Note: Trainers and training agents must have their sponsor organization create a user account for them.

Search for candidates

Once you create your account, use an advanced search to find hundreds of candidates who have indicated interest in Registered Apprenticeship. Your next journeyperson may already be there. For best results, check the box next to Certified Position Type labeled Registered Apprenticeship.
