**Location:** PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Vancouver, WA
**Position:** Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day
**Salary Range:** $54.61 - $81.91 per hour
**About the Role**

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is seeking an experienced and passionate MRI Supervisor to join our mission-driven healthcare team. In this role, you will oversee MRI services, develop quality and performance indicators, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. Your leadership will be key in staffing, scheduling, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Integrate PeaceHealth's mission into daily operations
+ Monitor budget variances and develop improvement plans
+ Ensure regulatory compliance and staff performance
+ Develop and communicate new policies and procedures
+ Facilitate problem resolution and follow-up
+ Assist in budget planning and monitoring
+ Maintain knowledge of multiple imaging modalities
+ Act as a liaison for physicians and staff
+ Perform MRI Technologist duties as needed
**Qualifications**
**Education:** Associate of Science in Radiology required and/or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years as an MRI Tech; previous leadership experience preferred
**Credentials:** ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Basic Life Support upon hire; MRSO certification preferred
**Skills:** Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication; proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical applications;
