We are currently looking to add to our Materials Receiving Team. The Receiver shall reflect the goals and objectives as stated in the LDI Statement of Purpose. They will provide accurate and efficient results that meet organizational demands daily. They will work well with all departments and be flexible to process changes. They will be a part of creating a positive culture of continuous improvement in the organization.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 9:00am start time-5:30pm, with over-time as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule delivery appointments and direct inbound drivers to appropriate dock for unloading
• Perform receiving inspection on inbound material per LDI procedures
• Label all inbound material upon receipt
• Transact goods receipt and create complete receiving packet
• Communicate material issues with Purchasing
• Create transfers to replenish campus
• Verify accuracy of transfers and post transaction upon verification
• Complete spot check item counts
• Respond to emails in the shared inbox
• Create and post inventory batch adjustments
• Assist in Materials Handler responsibilities as needed
• Ensure safe working practices and safety policies are always followed
• Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $20.35 starting wage plus DOE,
• Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions available after 60 days of employment
