Tasks of Position
The following are core and essential responsibilities of this position. Associates are responsible for completing any and all duties assigned as required for the successful operation of our business. All associates are required to perform their job duties in a manner which upholds the integrity and honesty of our company.
Reporting for assigned work on time, and on a regular basis, prepared to provide excellent service and leadership
Mentoring new associates or associates who are new to the department or task and assuring a positive learning environment.
Developing and managing strategic pricing model for the purpose of maintaining competitive price position and image by completing the following duties:
Maintain and update SQL data: Clean and structure data from various sources and load into SQL database using stored or ad hoc queries.
Perform regular competitive price checks for all categories to provide "fresh" competitor retails in all reporting.
Work with category manager to improve data integrity, and product classification.
Deliver regular and timely reporting to all stakeholders through available Power BI reports or custom reports as requested.
Provide category base retail suggestions to stakeholders based on established category review schedule.
Monitor and select all temporary price reductions using pricing workbooks to assess sales and gross impact of pricing scenarios
Act as lead contact with URM, AFS, VP of Grocery Operations, VP of Marketing, CIO, and Center Store Coordinator.
Run detailed analysis and project impact to gross of all ads, including real time analysis of proposed retail changes in ad meetings.
Act as lead contact for third party technology partners implementing our e-commerce program. Serve as the prime contact between URM, AFS, Rosie, Syndigo, and store associates for all manner of e-commerce communication.
Provide regular and timely reporting of competitive analysis reports.
Ensuring all work performed in the office is completed in accordance with work rules, company policies, and any applicable laws

Directing occasionally the activities of a the Pricing Coordinator by performing all duties personally, or through secondary personnel.
Performing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with our company's policies and applicable laws.
Training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Displaying excellent leadership and communication skills when addressing associate matters, and continually building and improving on the same.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree and/or a minimum of four years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Reads, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Writes reports and business correspondence. Presents information and respond to
questions pleasantly and effectively to other associates, vendors, guests, and the general public at all times.
Mathematical Skills
